职位：BDR集团公司下属“德地氏”品牌产品技术工程师

工作地点：北京

岗位要求：
1．本科以上学历；暖通相关专业者优先；
2．暖通行业五年以上工作经验， 有落地锅炉、壁挂锅炉及燃烧机工作经验者优先；
3．具有责任感，为人正直、诚信，有良好的沟通表达能力；
4．具有独立工作能力，积极主动；能适应经常性出差；
5．英语良好者优先。

岗位主要职责：
1.       精通德地氏品牌的所有产品以便向经销商提供设备安装及售后服务的所有技术支持；
2.       编制适应中国情况的技术文件，并在需要的时候进行更新；
3.       定期汇报并总结经销商出现技术问题；
4.       进行技术培训。

Position:   Engineer, De Dietrich brand
Location:   Beijing

Qualification：
1.      Bachelor degree or above, major in heating or electric,
2.      Minimum 5 years working experience in heating field; additional experience in service field of floor-standing boiler, wall hang boiler or burner a plus
3.      Good command of language and writing skill, strong communicating skill
4.      Self driving,  action and result oriented, Initiative. Capable  travelling frequently
5.      Can read and write professional documentation in English or in French is preferred.

 

Responsibility:
1.  Know and understand all the range of De Dietrich Thermique products in order to provide De Dietrich Thermique’s Chinese customers any kind of technical assistance concerning the installation and the afer-sales of De Dietrich Thermique products in China. This technical assistance may be provided by phone or on site.
2.    Develop in Chinese all De Dietrich Thermique technical documents that might be necessary to De Dietrich Thermique’s Chinises customers and update them when necessary.
3.    Report  on the customer’s  technical problem.
4.    Organize training sessions or technical documents when necessary.
